Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors with hopes of catching some of the sunset. The cocktail hour will also be in an outdoor courtyard. The receiving of the bridal party and dinner service will be held in an indoor Mountainside Pavilion just steps from the ceremony arbor.

The best airport to fly into is the Tri Cities Airport (TRI) located in Blountville itself. It's super convenient and just a short drive to the weeks festivity’s . This is the most straightforward option. Secondarily- - Knoxville's McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) It's a bit further away---about a 90min travel time--- but still a reasonable option with more flight choices.
